"Is sales person only responsible for business development...???"

A good sales person may do wonders for a company, No doubt. But the sales person in-itself isn’t the only thing, there are many factors which are responsible or a part of this journey/ process which comes into play.

(A) Preliminary root cause of Buying/ Selling:

Important is proper strategy. The segment you are targeting, right connect, proper marketing strategies and etc etc…

People don’t buy "What you sell", people buy “WHY you Sell” - Simon Sinek

If sales person is unable to sell, try and analyse what went wrong and how can we strategize on improving the growth generation/ sales AND not simply putting the blame on sales-person.

(B) Let’s analyze the Factors that comes into play for Business Development:
  • Is the product needy? Do people really need it.
  • Is it available at a price acceptable/ desired to the target audience.
  • Does it have a spark or if not, is it at par with the competitors / market standards.

If you are the someone who can be trusted or have the X-factor, people may go an extra mile to buy your services.

THANK YOU for taking out your precious time and going through my article. Let me know if I am missing some points or you have different perception regarding anything.
Contradictions most Welcome.

HR – The Most Useless JOB

Assumption:

What many of us presume is that HR is the most useless and pleasurable job. They don’t have to do anything much, just sit on a chair and gossip with interviewees, put them through tricky questions to which they fail. They don’t contribute in the hard-core productivity of the company. Just hire a suitable person so that he/she will be responsible for the company’s growth.

Reality:

But it’s a myth. HRD is the pillar of a company. Their job is not only to hire a candidate to fill the vacancy, but to find and select the most suited candidate who will contribute in the success of the company.
Infact, the most hardworking job along side the Sales job is the job of an HR/ Talent Acquisition. They do have to meet their monthly/ annually targets.
Massive respect to the HR department for taking the pain in finding the right candidate across the country / globe and help in the scalability of the country.
Looking forward for all your valuable feedback and suggestions.

Is selling IT services the next Big thing.....???

Have you ever wondered buying an imaginary product which even you don’t know how it would turn-up to be…?

When a person goes to buy anything, be it dress, jewellery, car or anything, he asks numerous questions to the sales person. He survey the product from inside to outside thoroughly before he makes a move. Imagine you are upto buying a car and the salesperson instead of showing you the live/ demo car, simply says, you will get an object with 4 wheels, 5 doors, an engine and bla bla bla…..will you go for it…?

But, what if a person selling as well as the person buying the product/ services has no/ a very little idea of how the thing would finally turn-up to. Whether they will be able to get that thing done or not….whether they will actually get what they expected out to be or is it a totally different thing…?
When a sales person/ Technical guy says you will get this kind of stuff, who knows what they will get eventually.
All of them will give you assurance of  Best in class Quality/ Services, etc, but the actual thing no one knows. After all it is all imaginary. It’s all a hypothetical situation.

The service that you are buying, is it worth every penny that you paid out of your hard earned money, or are you totally getting fooled around. Who will determine this..?
Bcoz at the end of the day, it doesn’t come up with a price tag.
So, be wise choosing an IT vendor. Coz you don’t get it done everyday.
Should you have any suggestions, feel free to share it at the below mentioned details. Looking forward for your sincere feedback's.
Thanks and Have a Great Day!!!
