A good sales person may do wonders for
a company, No doubt. But the sales person in-itself isn’t the only thing, there
are many factors which are responsible or a part of this journey/ process which
comes into play.
(A) Preliminary root cause of Buying/ Selling:
Important is proper strategy. The
segment you are targeting, right connect, proper marketing strategies and
etc etc…
People don’t buy "What you sell", people buy “WHY you Sell” - Simon Sinek
If sales person is unable to sell, try and analyse what went wrong and how can we strategize on improving the growth generation/ sales AND not simply putting the blame on sales-person.
(B) Let’s analyze the Factors that comes into play
for Business Development:
- Is the product
needy? Do people really need it.
- Is it available
at a price acceptable/ desired to the target audience.
- Does it have a
spark or if not, is it at par with the competitors / market standards.
If you are the someone who can be trusted
or have the X-factor, people may go an extra mile to buy your services.
